Snacks Under 100 Calories

Here are some great snack ideas that weigh in at 100 calories or less each. Happy Snacking! 


* 1 Fig Newton with 1 tsp of peanut butter

* 1 cup of frozen grapes

* 3 square of dark chocolate

* 1/2 frozen banana dipped in 2 squares of melted dark chocolate

* 1 cup of blueberries with 2 cups of fat free whipped topping

* 1 rounds of grilled pineapple 1/4" thick each

* 1 cup unsweetened applesauce with cinnamon

* 1 cup mixed berries with 1 tbsp of orange juice

* 4 oz sugar free, fat free chocolate pudding

* 5 strawberries dipped in 2 squares of melted dark chocolate

* 5 animal crackers with 1/2 cup of skim milk

* 1/2 cup of rice crispy cereal with 1/2 cup of skim milk

* 2 cups of air popped popcorn 

* 6oz of warm apple cider with cinnamon and nutmeg

* 10 baby carrots with 2 tbsp of hummus

* 1/2 of a pear topped with marshmallow fluff

* 25 pistachios

* 5 Kashi 7 grain crackers with 1 reduced fat Mozzarella string cheese stick

* 4 slices of smoked turkey dipped in 2 tbsp of honey mustard

* 2 tsp of pumpkin seeds

* 15 mini pretzel match sticks with 2 tbsp of fat free cream cheese

* 40 gold fish crackers

* 1/4 cup of black beans with 1 tbsp of salsa and 1 tbsp of plain Greek yogurt

* 10 baked tortilla chips and 1/4 cup salsa

* 2 slices of lean ham wrapped with lettuce with 2 tsp of honey mustard for dipping

* 1 cup of melon balls with 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese

* 1/2 of an apple with 1 tsp of natural peanut butter

* 8 cocoa roasted almonds

* 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese with 1/2 cup of chopped mango and pineapple

* Emerald natural almonds 100 calorie pack
