Back Yard Workout

Being a college student, I'm pretty much always broke and doing workout videos inside can be boring. I decided to make up my own little back yard workout routine to add a little fun into my workout. I've listed below everything I do during this workout so you can give it a try. 


Skip 1 lap around the back yard

25 jumping jacks

1 lap of alternating lunges around the yard

5 rounds of hop scotch

Jog 2 laps around the back yard

2 minutes of jump rope

Dribble a basketball up and down the driveway 4 times on each hand

Hoola hoop for 60 seconds

20 toe touches

20 speed skaters
