Between school, work, running the small business I have, and trying to maintain a social life, sometimes it gets hard to find the time and motivation to work out. I came across some "Lazy Girl Fitness" tips online I would like to share with you. Its a list of simple little things you can do to keep up on your fitness when you are in a time crunch.
1. Stand on your tip toes while brushing your teeth and/or hair
2. Do ab twists while you're waiting on food in the microwave
3. Do counter top push ups while you're cooking dinner
4. Do leg lifts while doing the dishes
5. Do lunges down the hallway instead of walking
6. Do squats with your laundry basket every time you do laundry
7. Do side lunges while flossing
8. Do planks while studying
9. Do wall sits while folding clean clothes
10. Do bicep curls with your gallon of milk
11. Do butt squeezes while you're on the couch watching TV
12. Do dips on the side of the bath tub while swishing mouth wash
