Before Every Shower Workout

This is another great little workout I found on Pinterest that I'm pretty excited about. It sounds like it provides just the right amount of intensity for a beginner like myself, while being quick. I can't wait to try this one out. 


Before every shower do....


50 jumping jacks

10 push ups

25 crunches

20 mountain climbers

30 second plank

Now you have a reason to take a shower :-)
